Can you bring your own shotgun?
Yes, you are welcome to bring along your own shotgun to use during your clay pigeon shooting session.
Do you need a shooting license?
No, when shooting with one of our instuctors with one of our shotguns you are covered by County Clays operation license.
What clothing should you wear?
Appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather is all you need.
Weather can change quickly in Scoltand so we recommend bringing a jacket.
What is the minimum age for Clay Pigeon Shooting?
We recommend a minimum age of 12 years old.
This is to ensure that the individual is able to hold the shotgun correctly and enjoy the full length of the activity.
Do you need to book in advance?
Yes, we do recommend booking in advance as we usually have limited availability for on the day bookings.
Do we shoot in bad weather?
Yes, Scotland is know for fast changing weather with rain a common occurance.
We have shelters around the shooting grounds for when the rain is particularly heavy.
We recommend have a jacket to hand.
